Payments, Shipping and Returns
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase and understand our terms and conditions.

Please read the following policy regarding payments, returns/exchanges.

In certain circumstances an order may be rejected. This may happen where the requested product is unavailable or if there is an error in price or product description posted on the site. Emails sent to customers after purchases are made as an acknowledgment of receipt via Paypal or eWay. An order is only accepted when the goods are dispatched.

Safari Living holds the right to cancel orders before the goods are dispatched for delivery.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit cards, or bank transfer via the security of Paypal and Afterpay. To learn more about Afterpay click here.

Local Shipping
Shipping is charged at a maximum flat rate of $9.95 within Australia for standard items, or free shipping for purchases over $100. This includes registered post and handling. Bulky items are excepted and may incur an additional charge, for which you will be contacted directly from one of our team. 

Local Orders
Safari Living will endeavor to process and deliver your order within 2 – 5 working days. A maximum flat rate of $9.95 applies for Registered Post and handling for standard items. Purchases over $100 are shipped free of charge. Bulky items incur an additional cost and we will email you a quote with the correct shipping amount. All consignments are sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you when the order has been despatched. 

International Deliveries
For all international deliveries please complete your order and contact us for a shipping quote. 

Refund & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange the item within 7 days at the location of original purchase. Online orders will not be exchanged or refunded at the showroom.

For online returns please follow these instructions:
Notify us via email within 7 days of receipt at the address on your invoice with the original order number and your reason for return. You will be allocated a Return Authorisation Number which you must record on the outside of the parcel that you are returning to us.

The item you return must be in new, unused, unmarked and saleable condition and in its original packaging. You must pay the freight/postage for the item’s return and Safari Living will pay freight/postage on delivery of the replacement item to you. Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss its return and replacement.
