SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our standard flat rate for shipping within Australia is $9.95. Purchases of $100 or over will be shipped free of charge within Australia.
Any items marked as bulky items, or outside the Australia Post guidelines, will be charged according to size, weight and destination. Upon receiving your order a Safari Living team member will contact you to inform you of any additional costs. Your order will not be processed until we have confirmed a total cost price for you.
If your order is to be shipped to a destination other than Australia please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote.
Postage and Handling
Safari Living uses Australia Post eParcel service for all deliveries within Australia. Orders are sent via Registered Parcel Post and generally take between 2 – 7 days from the date of order, depending on the destination. All consignments are sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.
Generally deliveries are made Monday to Friday (Public holidays excepted). If there is no one available to receive the parcel Australia Post will leave a card with pick up information. The parcel can then be picked up at the local post office during their normal opening hours.
If you require express delivery or would like postal insurance, please email us at email@example.com. A Safari Living team member will then advise your shipping options and any additional costs.
All gift vouchers are sent free of charge.
Please choose carefully as all sale and discounted items are final and subject to limited availability. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns and Replacements
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it within 7 days.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on 03-9421 3999 within 7 days of receipt quoting the original order number and your reason for returning the item. You will be allocated a Return Authorisation Number for you record on the outside of the parcel that you are returning to us.
The returned item must be in new, unused, unmarked, saleable condition and in the original packaging. Any postage/shipping charges for the return of the item must be paid by you, but Safari Living will pay for the delivery of the replacement item to you.
Damaged Items Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss a return or replacement.
Exceptions: Please note that some items including cut fabrics, clearance and sale items cannot be returned, replaced or refunded.
