SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our standard flat rate for shipping within Australia is $9.95. Purchases of $100 or over will be shipped free of charge within Australia.
Any items marked as bulky items, or outside the Australia Post and Courier guidelines, will be charged according to size, weight and destination. Upon receiving your order a Safari Living team member will contact you to inform you of any additional costs. Your order will not be processed until we have confirmed a total cost price for you.
If your order is to be shipped to a destination outside of Australia please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote. Please note that some countries may have import restrictions on certain materials and we advise local customs regulations and any import duties be checked prior to placing an order for shipping outside of Australia.
Postage and Handling
Safari Living uses Australia Post & courier services for most online deliveries within Australia. All orders are trackable and generally take between 2-7 days after purchase, depending on the destination. Any items listed as backordered at the time of checkout indicates an arrival date will be advised and confirmation will be emailed 2-3 days after purchase, this includes any dispatch delays.
Order Tracking Notification
All online orders are sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order has been collected via courier, or orders dispatched by Australia Post can be tracked here https://auspost.com.au/. The status of your order can be checked by logging into your account, click here.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (Public holidays excepted). Please provide a secure delivery address. If there is no one available to receive the parcel the Courier will email with redelivery or Parcel Point Collection information. Courier companies or Australia Post will leave a card with collection information. The parcel can then be picked up at your local post office or local Parcel Point Collection point during their normal opening hours. Safari Living is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If you require express delivery or would like postal insurance, please email us at email@example.com. A Safari Living team member will then advise your shipping options and any additional costs.
All gift vouchers are sent free of charge. Gift vouchers purchased online or instore are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Online gift vouchers are to be used online only.
Please choose carefully as all sale and discounted items are final and subject to limited availability. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Online Returns and Replacements
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase. Purchases made with a credit note cannot be returned for refund. A new credit note will be issued once the return has been processed. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for online orders in our showroom.
All items purchased in our online store must be returned unused and unwashed with original packaging or they may not be accepted and we request you include your original packing slip with your parcel. Please allow 2 - 5 days for processing from the date we receive your return.
There are no refunds on SALE items unless faulty.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on 03-9421 3999 within 7 days of receipt quoting the original order number and your reason for returning the item. You will be allocated a Return Authorisation Number for you to record on the outside of the parcel that you are returning to us.
Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss a return or replacement.
Exceptions: Please note that some items including cut fabrics, clearance and sale items cannot be returned, replaced or refunded.
