It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase and understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding payments, returns/exchanges. Should you have any other queries call or email us to discuss.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards, or bank transfer via the security of Paypal.

Should you wish to use American Express or Diners for your payment please contact us via email, phone or fax. A 2% surcharge applies for American Express and Diners and will be added to your total at the final transaction.

LOCAL DELIVERIES

A maximun flat rate of $15 within Australia includes registered post and handling up to 5 kg.

LOCAL ORDERS

Safari Living will endeavour to process and deliver your order within 2 – 5 working days.
A maximum flat rate of $15 for Registered Post and handling up to 5 kg. For consignments over 5kg we will email you a quote. All consignments are sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order has been despatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For all international deliveries please complete your order and contact us for a shipping quote.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT

If youare not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it. Please follow the these instructions:
You must notify us via email within 7 days of receipt at the address on your invoice with the original order number and your reason for return. You will be allocated a Return Authorisation Number which you must record on the outside of the parcel that you are returning to us. The item you return must be in new, unused, unmarked and saleable condition. You must pay the freight/postage for the item’s return and Safari Living will pay freight/postage on delivery of the replacement item to you.

Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you reeeive it to discuss its return and replacement.
